Automobile Loss
- Stop, do not leave the scene.
- Assist injured - Call Police.
- Don't admit fault or discuss insurance coverage or limits.
- Exchange information with other people involved - driver, witnesses, injured persons. Be sure to secure names, phone numbers, addresses and insurance company and policy numbers.
- Secure make, model of vehicle and license numbers of all involved.
- Call your insurance agent as soon as possible.
Property Losses
- Call proper authorities - POLICE - FIRE DEPARTMENT.
- Secure property from further loss - ie. Call contractor to do temporary work to roof, board windows, etc.
- Call Agent to report loss.
